"We’ve had Allstate for about 15 years. At the start it was great. After a few years, the owners started changing frequently and service went far down hill. I drove by and saw the local office, got in contact, and set everything up over phone and email. Fast, painless, and affordable! When my younger sister got in her first accident, the team was on it quickly and reached out to ensure everyone was okay and reassured us that we were covered and to trust the process. I am so happy we switched to State Farm with Jim and his team."

"From the start with the phone call she very professional courteous about my time and wanting to discuss about how she can save me money on my auto policy she put a quote together for me in a matter of minutes I didn’t have to wait the next day and call her back she called and put it in a text at that time I felt good and comfortable, when she called back we went over the policy and I felt this just wasn’t business it was personal, she went above and beyond to make us part of the State Farm family What a great person to work with on our policies Thank you State Farm for Ashley"

"I have to brag on Jim Hallam team at 1225 northeast Douglas st in Lee's Summit mo. I have only been with state farm for a couple of months and I have had nothing but a great experience. I recently hit a deer and it was totaled and state farm has been EXTREMELY helpful with EVERYTHING. And everything has been fast and they just took such great care of me and took care of my car situation COMPLETELY. Thank you to the whole team and Jim Hallam for everything."
