"From the start with the phone call she very professional courteous about my time and wanting to discuss about how she can save me money on my auto policy she put a quote together for me in a matter of minutes I didn’t have to wait the next day and call her back she called and put it in a text at that time I felt good and comfortable, when she called back we went over the policy and I felt this just wasn’t business it was personal, she went above and beyond to make us part of the State Farm family
