"I will never recommend state farm to any one. Jim became an agent during my 2 year claim battle with state farm. He claimed he would help as part of the battle was for building code, in which he claims he was part of writing. However, instead of up holding it, I had to contact the city myself to get my claim held. I do not recommend"

"Hi James! I'm sorry things did not go well. I agree with your concerns and feel you are correct that the claim was not handled correctly. But as you mention, your policies were part of another office when this problem occurred. The agent in that office passed away and I tried to do what I could but this office had nothing to do with that claim. Again, sorry things did not work out and I hope you are taking additional steps we discussed. "

"We’ve had Allstate for about 15 years. At the start it was great. After a few years, the owners started changing frequently and service went far down hill. I drove by and saw the local office, got in contact, and set everything up over phone and email. Fast, painless, and affordable! When my younger sister got in her first accident, the team was on it quickly and reached out to ensure everyone was okay and reassured us that we were covered and to trust the process. I am so happy we switched to State Farm with Jim and his team."
